Ho comprato questa giacca in nappa. È arrivata in un paio di gg ed il capo era incredibilmente bello, ben rifinito e la pelle morbidissima.
Purtroppo non era il modello adatto a me perché mi fasciava sulla pancia. Ho fatto a malincuore un reso che neanche Amazon avrebbe organizzato così velocemente! Ho scritto loro una mail per la richiesta di reso e dopo neanche un’ora una risposta automatica di attivazione del reso a domicilio (gratuito). Il giorno successivo ho restituito l’articolo e il giorno dopo ancora avevo già il riaccredito su PayPal. Incredibile! Tutto perfetto. Riacquisterò senz’altro qualcos’altro. Bravi davvero!
