Ottima qualità e ottimo servizio customer care

Ho regalato questo giubbotto alla mia ragazza per Natale, era da tempo che mi diceva che le sarebbe piaciuto un chiodo rosso.
In particolare mi è piaciuto il gioco estetico creato con l'applicazione di cerniere e bottoni metallici neri.
Il capo è di ottima fattura, come già in passato ho avuto modo di provare in passato con altri prodotti.
Purtroppo però avevo sbagliato la taglia, ma il servizio clienti è stato rapidissimo nel cambio: lo stesso giorno della mia segnalazione dell'errore il corriere incaricato è passato a ritirare il pacco e tre giorni dopo mi è stato recapitato il chiodo della taglia corretta.
