D'arienzo has as its goal to guarantee your complete satisfaction. In case of wrong size purchased we can exchange it (subject to availability). You can ship back the return and we'll ship fast the new size. The size exchange service is at the customer's expense (€25 within Europe, €60 for the rest of the world).

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply you return one or more items, within 30 days after delivery for a refund equal to the price of the returned products, excluding shipping costs if incurred.

We designed our packaging with a dual purpose: to reduce waste and simplify operations, both for our logistics team and for customers in case of returns or exchanges. We use more sustainable materials: the cardboard is made from recycled and fully recyclable material.
All leather products bearing the D'Arienzo brand are made exclusively by the D'Arienzo artisan company in Italy and are distinguished by unique styles and high-quality leathers. Each of our products is the result of more than 30 years of experience in the field of leather clothing. All the leathers used are selected from the "Solofra Tanning District". Any product purchased is covered by a certificate of guarantee.

Acquistato (color nero) con pagamento in contrassegno, consegna nei giorni successivi senza alcun problema.
Esattamente come in foto, anzi direi più bella. Molto elegante e ben rifinita. Rigida (tipicamente la saffiano lo è) ma non eccessivamente dura.
La cercavo comunque con queste caratteristiche così da non farla afflosciare quando la appoggio.
Non ha i piedini sotto, ma lo preferisco (con i piedini sarebbe stata meno elegante).
La consistenza della pelle é saffiano, lo spessore non eccessivo ma sembra comunque resistente.
Da vuota non pesa eccessivamente il che é meglio (ho avuto borse pesantissime da vuote che sono durate pochissimo).
Molto comodi i manici: ergonomici e resistenti, anche se non si appiattiscono del tutto quando si ripone la borsa.
La tracolla l’ho trovata addirittura più comoda di altre borse, nonostante appaia delicata e meno ingombrante (il che per me è anch’esso un plus). Altro punto a favore: rimane appoggiata sulla spalla in modo comodo.
Le tasche frontali sono meno capienti di quel che mi aspettavo dalle immagini, ma a beneficio della estetica della borsa. Ho comunque inserito caricatore e cavo UsbC del mio Macbook Pro in una, e nell’altra iPhone 12 Pro Max e portapenne in alluminio (quindi non cosucce piccole). E volendo si poteva aggiungere altro.
Nella tasca interna “separata” ho alloggiato il 15” e ci é stato perfettamente.
Taschino piccolo interno con cerniera: chiavi, portatessere, contenitore rigido con varie usb e altro rigido in alluminio con medicinali, e altro.
All’interno, oltre al Mac, l’ho “battezzato” con un carico che mai ho usato con altre borse: registro delibere soci (classico blu con anelli rigido), cinque cartelline portadocumenti A4 molto piene.
Sopra a ció, in prossimità della cerniera, c'era spazio e ho potuto appoggiare comodamente il contenitore occhiali e richiudere.
Tutto alla perfezione e c’era ancora spazio nella borsa nonostante fosse molto pesante.
Peccato non si possano caricare foto con le recensioni
Spero solo che duri nel tempo, altrimenti sarebbe una gran delusione.
Se posso dare qualche consiglio
- includerei un sacchetto per riporla (cotanta bellezza se lo merita!)
- aggiungerei nella descrizione le misure interne e anche quella della tasca interna portapc (che comunque mi sono state date in pochissimo tempo dal servizio clienti) magari aggiungendole direttamente in foto specifiche
- aggiungerei qualche foto aggiuntiva (parte bassa con evidenza del fondo, altri particolari)

Mi sono affidato a loro per una borsa da lavoro e devo dire che mai scelta fu più azzeccata!...arrivata subito, spedizione eccellente...borsa esteticamente bella e ben fatta con un gradevole profumo di pelle vera che non sentivo da tempo!...Un grazie allo staff per il servizio impeccabile a dimostrazione che c'è chi lavora bene e lo si nota dai dettagli...in futuro farò sicuramente altri acquisti da loro, se lo meritano.
