VEGETABLE-TANNED LEATHER

Vegetable tanning is an ancient method of leather treatment that uses natural tannins extracted from plants such as bark, leaves, and roots instead of synthetic chemicals. This process is eco-friendly and produces biodegradable leather that is less polluting than chrome-tanned leather.

Lambskin is naturally soft and remains “full grain” because vegetable tanning preserves the natural texture of the hide, making it ideal for high-quality clothing.

Vegetable tanning gives the leather a natural look and feel, with warm tones and a unique finish that ages beautifully.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF IT

The more leather ages, the more beautiful it becomes. You just need to take care of it: Clean with a soft, damp cloth to remove surface dirt

  1. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and store the garment in a cool, dry place when not in use;
  2. We recommend treating the leather with a specific leather care product at least once a year to keep it soft and protected from wear;
